Shipping policy
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the European Union (EU).
Shipping to countries outside the EU may be available upon request. Additional costs and conditions may apply.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.
Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Austria: 2–4 business days
- EU: 3–7 business days
The delivery period begins on the day following the conclusion of the contract.
Please note that delays may occur in exceptional circumstances, particularly due to:
- shipping carriers
- high demand periods, e.g. holidays
- unforeseen events
4. Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via:
- Austrian Post
- DHL
- or other suitable shipping providers
The selection of the shipping provider is at the Seller’s discretion.
5. Tracking
Where available, customers will receive a tracking number that allows them to monitor the shipment status online.
6. Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
Customers are responsible for checking applicable import regulations and costs in their country.
7. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, customers are requested to report such damage to the carrier immediately and inform us without delay.
This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
8. Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to:
- incorrect or incomplete address information, or
- failure to accept the delivery
we reserve the right to charge the Customer for any additional shipping costs incurred.
