Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers Only)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Returns (Outside the EU – incl. UK & USA)

For customers outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom and the USA):

There is no right of return based on personal preference.

Returns and refunds are only accepted if:

• the goods are defective, or
• a wrong item was delivered.

Mandatory statutory rights of the respective country remain unaffected.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you withdraw from this contract:

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until:

• we have received the goods back, or
• you have provided proof that you have returned the goods,

whichever is the earlier.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Return of Goods (EU Consumers)

You must return the goods:

• promptly and no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

5. Condition of Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
